Back to School Health Fair

This year's Back to School Health Fair will be on Saturday, July 25th, 9AM-12PM. It's open to all children Kindergarten-12th grade. We will be giving away backpacks filled with school supplies, snacks, hygeine kits, immunizations, haircuts, sports physicals, vision screenings, and more!

As this event is provided to our community completely FREE, we are in need of financial donations. Click the GIVE tab at the top of the home page, and click make a donation. Put "Health Fair" in the comments. It only takes $15 to sponsor an entire backpack filled with school supplies!

Information about NET Health Immunizations:

Eligibility Criteria for receiving Texas Vaccine for Children Vaccinations:
a.) Is enrolled in Medicaid, or
b.) Does not have health insurance (Uninsured), or
c.) Is an American Indian, or
d.) Is an Alaskan Native, or
e.) Is a patient who receives benefits from Children's Health Insurance Plan (CHIР)
Is underinsured: 1) has commercial (private) health insurance, but coverage does not
include vaccines; or 2) insurance covers only selected vaccines (TVFC-eligible for
non-covered vaccines only); or 3) insurance caps vaccine coverage at a certain
amount. Once that coverage amount is reached, the child is categorized as
underinsured.

Any fees accrued for Immunizations given at the Back to School Health Fair will be covered by WFA.
