 ly 25th\, 9AM-12PM. It's open to all children Kindergarten-12th grade. We 
 will be giving away backpacks filled with school supplies\, snacks\, hygei
 ne kits\, immunizations\, haircuts\, sports physicals\, vision screenings\
 , and more!\nAs this event is provided to our community completely FREE\, 
 we are in need of financial donations. Click the GIVE tab at the top of th
 e home page\, and click make a donation. Put "Health Fair" in the comments
 . It only takes $15 to sponsor an entire backpack filled with school suppl
 ies!\n \nInformation about NET Health Immunizations:\nEligibility Criteri
 a for receiving Texas Vaccine for Children Vaccinations:\na.) Is enrolled 
 in Medicaid\, or\nb.) Does not have health insurance (Uninsured)\, or\nc.)
  Is an American Indian\, or\nd.) Is an Alaskan Native\, or\ne.) Is a patie
 nt who receives benefits from Children's Health Insurance Plan (CHIР)\nIs
  underinsured: 1) has commercial (private) health insurance\, but coverage
  does not\ninclude vaccines\; or 2) insurance covers only selected vaccine
 s (TVFC-eligible for\nnon-covered vaccines only)\; or 3) insurance caps va
 ccine coverage at a certain\namount. Once that coverage amount is reached\
 , the child is categorized as\nunderinsured.\nAny fees accrued for Immuniz
 ations given at the Back to School Health Fair will be covered by WFA.
